Your Drink - Natural or Artificial ?

Recently while surfing i came across to read about summer drinks. What we usually do during summer? Fill the fridge with colorful bottles naming different flavors with celebrities photos on its label is the major attraction. Is this artificial drinks really fulfill our thirst or good  for our health? The answer is big "no". These carbonated drinks can be tasty and feels cool. But these drinks can increase blood sugar level, obesity, bone softening and caffeine drinks can cause cancer too. Regular consumption can cause cavities to affect teeth too. And also it is important to note that it costs only 7 to 8 for manufacturing per liter cool drinks but what we actually pay for it lot more than that. When we ask someone i drink only fruit drinks. But the actual truth behind this these drinks contains only ten percent of that fruits and the remaining 90% is artificial coloring agent and sweetening agent etc. Traditionally we drink lemon juice, tender coconut, palmyra fruit, cucumber, water melon etc. These natural cooling agent costs also less too.We too go for natural drinks.
